He has since then worked with Intercontinental Bank (now Access Bank) in various capacities as Relationship Manager, Relationship Officer, Branch Resident Controller and Team Member with Institutional Banking. Mark holds Executive MBA (Finance Option) from University of Ghana, Legon and Bachelor of Science (Agribusiness Management) from the Central University College

Mr.Banini undertook his national service with the University of Ghana, Department of African Studies as a Research Assistant before joining Controller and Accountant General’s Department as Project Officer in charge of Government of Ghana Asset Management in 2006.

Prior to joining McDinos Company Limited, he worked with Golden Star Resources – Bogoso and the Controller and Accountants General Department (Value Books) as an intern under the National Service and National Youth & Employment Programme respectively.
He is an alumnus of the University of Professional Studies (UPSA) and holds a Bachelor of Science and a Masters in Accounting and Finance.

He then pursued a Bachelor Of Science in Information and Communication Technology Education where he majored in Software Development and Database Management System. in addition to his software development he was equally trained as a professional teacher where he practiced in different schools and levels as a teacher and a teaching assistant after completing his education.

After his education, he did his National Service as a Teaching Assistant (T.A) in the department of ICT in the University Of Education, Winneba.
